White Wine Fondue

Ingredients
- 500 ml soy milk
- 150 ml of dry vegan white wine
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbs potato starch
- 9 tbs cashew puree
- 4 tbs neutral vegetable oil
- 2 tbs nutritional yeast
Recipe
- Blend all ingredients.
- Pour into a saucepan in high heat. Stir constantly for 5 minutes.
- Serves when thick and creamy.
