Ingredients
- 500g white beans
- 400g cooked rice
- 3 white onions
- 2 garlic gloves
- 2 red onions
- 4 tsp parsley
- oil
Recipe
- Wash and crush beans in a bowl.
- Add rice and mix well.
- Cut onion and garlic, add into a hot pan with oil.
- Cook until transparent, add in the bowl.
- Add oil in a pan, heat to medium-high.
- Form pancake-shapes and cook 5-6m on each side.
- Serve with red onion slices and parsley.
