Sweet Potatoes and Pecan Gratin

  1. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes in cubes.
  2. Add in a pot with water and salt.
  3. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20m.
  4. Drain and put in a bowl.
  5. Crush, add ping of sugar, cinnamon and cream.
  6. Mix until smooth.
  7. Add to a baking dish.
  8. Pre-heat oven to 180C.
  9. Add flour, sugar, butter in a bowl.
  10. Mix with finger into a crumble.
  11. Add pecan nuts and add on the potatoes.
  12. Cook 30m.
