Sweet Potatoes and Pecan Gratin

Ingredients
- 600g sweet potatoes
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 150ml of light cream
- 50g flour
- 50g brown sugar
- 50g salted butter
- 130g pecan nuts
Recipe
- Peel and cut the sweet potatoes in cubes.
- Add in a pot with water and salt.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 20m.
- Drain and put in a bowl.
- Crush, add ping of sugar, cinnamon and cream.
- Mix until smooth.
- Add to a baking dish.
- Pre-heat oven to 180C.
- Add flour, sugar, butter in a bowl.
- Mix with finger into a crumble.
- Add pecan nuts and add on the potatoes.
- Cook 30m.
