Recipe

  1. Peel and cut carottes and potatoes in dices.
  2. Coook for 15m in salted boiling water, add peas after 10m.
  3. Put flour, yoghur, 1 tbsp oil and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  4. Knee and add water as necessary until the dough is smooth.
  5. Roughly mash the cooked veggies.
  6. Cook garlic and ginger in some oil.
  7. Add curry, mashed veggies and corriander.
  8. Roll the dough on a floured surface.
  9. Cut 10cm circles, add veggies in the middle, fold and pinch borders to seal.
  10. Cook in oil until golden.
