Ingredients
- 125g flour
- 1 tbsp yoghurt
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 carottes
- 4 potatoes
- 80g peas
- 1 minced garlic glove
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 tbsp curry
- 2 tbsp coriander
- cooking oil
Recipe
- Peel and cut carottes and potatoes in dices.
- Coook for 15m in salted boiling water, add peas after 10m.
- Put flour, yoghur, 1 tbsp oil and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
- Knee and add water as necessary until the dough is smooth.
- Roughly mash the cooked veggies.
- Cook garlic and ginger in some oil.
- Add curry, mashed veggies and corriander.
- Roll the dough on a floured surface.
- Cut 10cm circles, add veggies in the middle, fold and pinch borders to seal.
- Cook in oil until golden.
