Ingredients
- 200g of cooked white beans
- 100g of firm tofu
- 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon of dried basil
- 1 tablespoon of dried onion
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- a pinch of salt
Recipe
- Put beans and tofu in a big bowl, mix then with a fork.
- Add spices and mix until homogenous.
- Add lemon and mix until it’s ready
