Pumpkin And Spices Soup

Ingredients
- 1kg pumpkin
- 3 carrots
- 3 potatoes
- 1 teaspoon of chopped ginger
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 250ml of cream
- 50g of pecan nuts
- salt and spices
Recipe
- Chop the pumpkin.
- Peel and chop the carrots and potatoes in small dices.
- Put all vegetables into a cooking pot.
- Add ginger, spices and salt.
- Add water to the brim of the ingredients.
- Bring to a boil and let simmer 20 minutes.
- Add sugar and cream.
- Mix and season to taste.
- Add the crushed pecan nuts.
