  1. Peel and cute the onions in thin slices.
  2. Crush the garlic.
  3. Cook the onions, garlic and thym in a pan with olive oil for 20m at low heat.
  4. Cut tomatoes in small pieces.
  5. Add to pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 220C.
  7. Flour work surface and spread dought in a big rectangle.
  8. Put the dough on the oven plate.
  9. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
