Ingredients
- 500g of onion
- 3 garlic gloves
- 1 tablespoon of thyme
- 3 tomoatoes
- 250g bread dough
- a dozen black olives
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
Recipe
- Peel and cute the onions in thin slices.
- Crush the garlic.
- Cook the onions, garlic and thym in a pan with olive oil for 20m at low heat.
- Cut tomatoes in small pieces.
- Add to pan and cook for 5 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 220C.
- Flour work surface and spread dought in a big rectangle.
- Put the dough on the oven plate.
- Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
