Ingredients
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 200g non-dairy milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons oil
- a pinch salt
- vegan butter
Recipe
- Mix wet ingredients in a bowl.
- Add dry ingredients and mix.
- Let rise for 5 minutes.
- Melt a teaspoon of butter in a pan in medium heat.
- Put batter in the pan. Cook until border are golden.
- Flip over the pancakes and finish cooking.
