Onion Soup

Ingredients
- Lots of yellow onions
- 1-2 teaspoon of flour
- A clove of garlic
- 1L of stock
- Bread
- Shredded cheese
Recipe
- Preheat the grill oven to 200C.
- Peel and cut all the onions.
- Cook the onions slowly on a pan until golden-brown, add water if necessary.
- In the meantime, heat the stock.
- Once the onions reduced and caramelized, mix in the flour and add everything to the stock.
- Simmer the stock until it reached a lightly thick consistency.
- Pour the stock+onions in oven-proof bowl/cups.
- Add sliced/diced bread on top, cover with cheese.
- Put in the oven until the cheese is molten and ready.
