Ingredients
- 40g rice flour
- 50g water
- 2 pinches chocolate poweder
- 3 tablespoon sweetener
- cornstarch
Recipe
- Mix water and rice floud, remove any lump. It should be gluey but not too dry.
- Steam for 15 minutes, or until it’s resistant to the touch.
- Prepare a medium heat pot.
- Add the ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Form into balls and put into cornstach.
