Leek Pie

  1. Wash and cut the leeks into strips.
  2. Cut the onion into pieces.
  3. Cook the leeks and onion in a pan for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 180C.
  5. Spread the puff pastry on a pie plate.
  6. Mix the soy cream with miso, salt, pepper, yeast, and corn starch.
  7. Add the coocked ingredients and the nuts.
  8. Pour the preparation in the pastry.
