Leek Pie

Ingredients
- puff pastry
- 3 big leeks
- 1 onion
- 60g of crushed nuts
- 200ml soy cream
- 2 tbs corn starch
- 1 tbs miso
- 1 tbs nutritional yeast
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
Recipe
- Wash and cut the leeks into strips.
- Cut the onion into pieces.
- Cook the leeks and onion in a pan for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Spread the puff pastry on a pie plate.
- Mix the soy cream with miso, salt, pepper, yeast, and corn starch.
- Add the coocked ingredients and the nuts.
- Pour the preparation in the pastry.
