Garlic Knots

Ingredients
- 250g of flour
- 170g of lukewarm water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp yeast
- 5 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tbs minced parsley
- olive oil
Recipe
- Add flour, water, salt, yeast, and 1 tbs of oil in a bowl.
- Knead until smooth, around 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise 1h in a slightly oil closed container.
- Shape the dough in a rectangle, divid in 4 pieces.
- Flatten each piece and cut into 8 pieces.
- Roll each piece into a rope and form a knot.
- Place all the knots on a baking sheet and let rise for an hour.
- Cook garlic for a minute in oil, add salt and salt and parsley.
- Spread half of the garlic mixture on the knots.
- Bake 15-17m at 200C.
- Spread the other half of the garlic mixture on the knots.
