Garlic Knots

Ingredients

Recipe

  1. Add flour, water, salt, yeast, and 1 tbs of oil in a bowl.
  2. Knead until smooth, around 5 minutes.
  3. Let the dough rise 1h in a slightly oil closed container.
  4. Shape the dough in a rectangle, divid in 4 pieces.
  5. Flatten each piece and cut into 8 pieces.
  6. Roll each piece into a rope and form a knot.
  7. Place all the knots on a baking sheet and let rise for an hour.
  8. Cook garlic for a minute in oil, add salt and salt and parsley.
  9. Spread half of the garlic mixture on the knots.
  10. Bake 15-17m at 200C.
  11. Spread the other half of the garlic mixture on the knots.
