Ingredients
- 180g milk
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2g salt
- 160g all-purpose flour
- 3g baking soda
- 130ml hot water
- 10g vegetable oil
Recipe
- Add in order: Milk, sugar, salt, and flour
- Mix until smooth
- Mix hot water and baking soda
- Add to the mix
- Add oil to the mix
- Let rest at least 1h
- Cook on a hot non-stick pan
