Ingredients
- 200g T65 flour
- 100g sugar
- 100g dark chocolate
- 60g neutral oil
- 15g corn starch
- 30g warm water
- 20g vegan milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice or cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
- Oven pre-heat 180C.
- Corn starch and water, mix until smooth.
- Add sugar, oil, milk, lemon juice, vanilla, baking soda and salt and mix until smooth.
- Add flour, mix until smooth.
- Add chocolate.
- Roll into balls and add on the sheet, flatten a bit.
- Cook 5 minutes until still soft.
- Leave in the oven to rest.
