Ingredients
- 1 can black beans (or chickpeas)
- 1 cup oat
- 1/2 cup pitted dates
- (optional) protein powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (or peanut butter)
- 1/4 cup mapple syrup
Recipe
- Drain the beans, save the aquafaba
- Rinse the beans
- Mix the oats lightly into small bits
- Add beans, dates, cocoa, syrup, aquafaba, and protein
- Mix into a dough bowl
- Line a baking tray with parshmin paper
- Put and make a rectangle
- Bake at 180C until cooked through
