Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
- 170g rolled oats
- 400g milk
- 85g flour
- 2 pinch salt
- 2 ripe banana
- cooking oil (olive/coconut)
- 4 tbs whole chia seeds
- 4 ts baking powder
Recipe
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.
- Prepare a pan on low-medium heat.
- Add some batter in thick circles.
- Add pan lid and let cook until side facing up bubbles.
- Flip pancake and cook until done.
