Ingredients
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts sugar
- 500g of lukewarm water
- 250g of corn flour
- 250g of frying oil
Recipe
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Add water, salt and sugar in a bowl, mix to dissolve.
- Add corn flour, mix and knead until a thick dough forms.
- Add oil into a pan, bring to heat.
- Create 2 balls from the dough and flatten them.
- Cook 10m in oil until golden-brown.
- Add on an oven plate with baking paper and cook 15-20m.
